just picked mine up last week and love it. it was wrapped and boxed very well and only took like 10min to assemble. i had a Rep 3100 and didnt like feel of cross bolt in gap that pressed against lower back when flat benching. in this vid, i heard critique about wheels being too small so i changed them out with 2in polyurethane wheels from amazon for $12. now i dont need to lift more than 6-8in off the ground to move it with new wheels. love the sturdiness and long back pad. everything perfect about this beast of a bench!!!!

I've been eyeing Crandall Fitness's lat tower and functional trainer. I like that there knew 3 by 3 racks. Have the whole spacing the same on both sides too. I've wondered why more companies don't do that. We just started doing YouTube, but we brought CF up in our latest video.

So the Crandall Fitness FID 2.0 is a knock-off of the Rep Fitness AB-3000 1.0. But same price. The Crandall HD bench 2.0 is just a heavier and more expensive version of the AB-3100. So...

Sure is, it’s been a great bench so far!

125 lbs. Bench weight is the heaviest on the market, not good.
Pad is not as grippy as REP pads.
No laser cut numbers like on the REP benches.
No decline option like
REP AB 3000 2.0
Price for this is good though but
REP AB 3000 2.0 is only $20 more with the added features listed above
Space between the pads is smaller on Crandall, that is good Both companies have free shipping
