Tackling technical sections of trail can be daunting at first. There may not be a clear line to allow you to ride it safely, or there may be a choice of several, some harder or faster than others. Rich is at Dyfi Bike Park to show a few sections of trail and the lines through them. Whether you're looking for speed or just the safest option 🤘

What skills do you want to see Rich tackle next?

Golden rule: always shout:"Sniper!" when you get taken out by slippery root, so your mates can duck 🦆 and take cover, avoiding fire 🔥 and certain death 😋🚴🏔️

Recently well known YT channels are doing some activity at Dyfi bike park. Hoping, they met each other (Fairclough, Atherton, Wilkins) and we will see some great stuff from such meeting.

We need to see this done again but on the megavalanche qualifying track when one of u guys go again, the amount of line choice on there is just insane, especially when you include lines that you need to consider for overtaking, jumping over berms to take the next one wide, even the insane French lines in the track that is done there, etc. The qualifying track has soo much line choice, more than the full track actually, its insane and I think it might be one of the best places to learn line choice

This was very useful- more examples would be great. Getting through uphill rock gardens where full pedal revolutions are limited.

my solution to a techy section: hit a tree so i don't have to worry about line choice (i seem to do that too often, mostly by instinct, pls help)

It’s nice to see some hand cut trails rather than always the jump lines.

Great video, great insight into picking better line choices. I normally session trails and try various line choices to see what works for me ☺

For the second and third spots you filmed, I'm like to know how to ride UP them. I'd like a video on how to go up steep technical climbs.

The robin sitting on Rich's handlebars, wasn't looking to see if it's worth nicking was it? Or was it thinking "rather you than me mate."

Nice Walkthrough. Can you explain how to tackle a drop(2foot, so not possible to roll-off) into super-steep little descent ? I sincerely don't know how to tackle those.
