The worst thing about government programs
Is that they never go away when they fail

We're screwed, we need to create a new way to live.. Governments are deliberately failing us.

Heads up, many US states have already passed bills that say said state will not be participating in CBDC's.

The best thing for the world would be to say hell no to any of this dystopian money. They have spent 60 years teaching the people to be ignorant and accepting.

We must all spread awareness about this tyrannical system of oppression, I will never participate in their disgraceful system

They talk about preventing Fraud when the Federal Reserve itself isn't even Federal. Audit the Cabal Federal Reserve first!

If a human is involved it will be abused and worse because these scumbags do not go to prison when they are caught.

Resist all costs as if your absolute freedom depends on it, because it does

Things are strange right now. The US dollar is becoming less valuable because of inflation, but it's getting stronger compared to other currencies and things like gold and property. People are turning to the dollar because they think it's safer. I'm worried about my retirement savings of about $420, 000 losing value because of high inflation. Where else can we keep our money?

Excellent and extremely disturbing video Guy! You and your team really deliver astonishing high quality and in depth analyses! This is absolutely the best coverage of FedNow I've seen. Thank you!

This information sounds like an economic caste system instead of class system. It sounds like the FED NOW will blur the lines between convenience of transaction and financial freedom. Temporary situations always become permanent with a lot of down side!

Guy, a follow-up explanation of how “tokenization” of real assets might play out would be very useful. I think most of your viewers can intuitively get the broad strokes of it, but a deeper dive would be good.

So basically banks have absolute power, access & control but they don’t need to get SEC approval for this monstrosity

Everyone oppose it its corrupt and no bank has the right to tell you how to spend your money people need to get angry and fight these criminals

I think the reason the SEC sued Ripple Labs was to create case law affirming that tokenized securities like XRP aren't currencies. The Fed said straight up they plan to back their future CBDC with the value of the assets on their balance sheet. That's a creative way to get around the constitutional barrier to a private central bank issuing its own currency. In effect, it would just be bank stock, in the same way that XRP is nothing more than common stock on a blockchain. Despite having the functionality of a currency through the magic of blockchain, it's just a security like any other. But of course I'm sure they would like to have a federal ruling saying as much before they try it.
