Make Your Own: Leather Dog Collar - Beginner Tutorial

Ever wanted to make your own dog collar? Well this video will show you how to use traditional leatherwork techniques to create your own leather dog collar, lets get started.

Materials:
* 1 x Buckle
* 1 x Dee Ring
* Leather Looping
* Strip of Leather (I used 3.5-4mm veg tanned bridle butt for this collar, you can also use a thick veg tanned shoulder for this collar)

I am even just amazed with your saddle stitching. If I use just pricking irons and don't go all the way through both pieces, my diamond awl comes out where I don't want it and my stich lines look like garbage on one side. Bravo!
