If dream prepare for it so it's no difficulty for him but it fight started unusually so maybe dream defeat him or not don't underestimate Dr. Manhattan power level.

For the smartass that says that Dream winning is cope and that comic readers knows that Manhattan wins, a few clarifications:

1) The Metaverse is prime earth, one universe, but is the fundation from everything in the multiverse is build on, so one change there by domino effect encompass the rest of the universes.

2) Dr. Manhattan didn't created a metaverse, a multiverse, or the entire DC creation, he messed up with the timeline of the prime universe within The Orrery of Worlds, the lowest plane in existence, and thus if affected the narrative that happened in the other 51 universes through The Orrery, which Manhattan never left for those claiming that he is beyond everything, he didn't even suprassed the first level of reality and was bound by all sides by time in a linear progression continuity.

3) Once Dr. Manhattan attempted to heal the multiverse into a bigger scale and to repair 52 earths of the crisis within it for returning at his previous state, he failed, he didn't succeed.

4) A fraction of Manhattan's power didn't saved the existence from a full powered Perpetua in Death Metal's comic. The Quintessence gathered all the connectice energy from where Manhattan's went at full power and attempted to return the multiverse as If was before Crisis on Infinite Earths before he vanished himself, that power was gave to Wonder Woman who used it to match a weakened Perpetua, far weaker compared that when she was working under The Source, and with all crisis energy and the dark seven forces reuinted could only destroy singular universes before her whole reverses run out of power.

Dr. Manhattan as an entity can only affect one multiverse to a smaller scale via feats and scaling, low multiversal some would say.

The endless are extremely powerful beings to the point of basically just being literary devices or abstract aspects of reality. They cant really be destroyed but if dr manhattan encountered them they would probably get along
