Kenmore 70402 16.3 cu ft Refrigerator - First look & Sears.com buying experience rant

Kenmore 70402 16.3 cu ft Top Freezer Refrigerator purchased from Sears. Nothing fancy, but the build quality (it's made by Frigidaire) is excellent. It cools rapidly and makes ice faster than I anticipated.

The buying experience was less than ideal, so the latter half of this video covers the troubles I encountered with making my purchase.

The delivery company (contractors) was less than stellar, but did get the fridge inside and mostly scratch free.

This Refrigerator was purchased for $492 (tax and all) using Shop Your Way Rewards and SYW coupons. Not a bad deal
