We challenged chefs of three different skill levels - amateur Emily, home cook Julie, and professional chef Joe Pace from the Institute of Culinary Education - to whip us up a fresh batch of potato salad. After each of them had presented their creation, we asked food scientist Rose to review their work. Which dish looks most delish?

Beth, Julia and Lorenzo are my favorite. They already remind me of my mom and grandma's (especially Julia) cooking. Like I would love to eat their plate in most of these videos.
