Puff Pastry Hot Dogs

8 hot dogs
2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted (17-18 oz pack of 2)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 egg whites
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1 - Preheat the oven to 425 ' F + line a baking sheet with parchment paper...

2 - Flour a large work surface and dust dough with flour. Cut dough into 4 equal sections...

3 - Add a hot dogs to center of puff pastry. Sprinkle garlic powder on top and roll pastry around dogs. Turn so the seal is on the bottom. Pierce the top of the dough with a fork...

4 - Add hot dogs to the baking sheet, a few inches apart...

5 - In a bowl, whisk together egg whites with water. Brush on top of pastry rolls and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning...

6 - Bake puff pastry for ~ 20 minutes, or until hot dog is thoroughly cooked, and the puff pastry is fluffy and golden brown...
