This is a terrific boat. Having sailed in a cat from Sydney to Perth via Darwin, this boat would be a terrific option for that kind of distance Because you’d be able to outrun bad weather and at the end of the day be able to get into an anchorage before it’s too dark. If you could keep the right speed for fuel consumption I’d highly recommend a power cat, because half the time you’re motoring anyway particularly in the tropics. And the speed when needed would be nice .
