You mentioned something really key in the video, about how it's meant for communicating with parents, family, and maybe other children who have these devices, but that last group won't work. To use the app, you have to have an unsupervised Google account, so if you have two children with each having their own Fit it Ace 4G, they cannot actually communicate with each other, which feels like a huge oversight of this device.

thanks for such a detailed review. I was going to get this watch until I watched your review. Loved everything except the limited calling feature via ace app only. That was definitely a deal breaker for me. Will be hard a hard to explain to grandparents and relative on installing a separate app just to call my kids. Hopefully, they will change this in the next gen.

I am debating between Apple Watch SE and this watch for my kids. However, the Apple Watch through Tmobile said that instead of just adding a watch line for my kids I had to add a phone line plus the watch line. How do you go around adding a phone line and watch line to just add an Apple Watch line.

How's the battery life? I've been seeing some reviews about battery life and how bad it is. This was my biggest concern because if you're adding games and all these features to the watch, kids will use the heck out of them, which will kill the battery. Planning to get it for my daughter because I'm not home most days, but I'm hoping after the first few weeks and setup, any battery issues will get resolved. I assume it will last at least a day (8-12 hours or so) before needing a charge.

Love form factor but really don't care for all the video gaming, emojis, etc. Can games be disabled completely ? Our family just needs communication. Thanks in advance !
