That's so funny. I was thinking of Simon when looking at the wood floor and thinking "if he was there he would hopefully be able to use it." lol. Leave it to you, Billy, to think of him. I love seeing these rooms opened up, even if you decide to put up a better partition wall.

I'm telling you that would be a much better pub to have than the one off the chapel because it's got a very nice fireplace that you can sit by, it's got a nice door that could go out to a patio so many things you could do instead of waste it as an artist's space.

With the large fireplace this would be the perfect space for the bar ! So much character and can imagine folk sitting/standing around the fireplace to have their drinks 🍺
