Nice work on the videos - answered some questions for me. I do have others; any assistance would be appreciated. 1) Where is the software for or how can I get the software to run on a Kindle Fire? (it starts to open then just closes). 2) How do you take video? I only have the still camera option. 3) Finally, I take several pictures during flight, but only one or zero are showing in the Gallery. Why?

I bought 3by exchanging and getting another one time I got a battery that craped out around 30 seconds I called parrot they said they put out a bad batch of battery's and would exchange my battery I got it in about 5 days the new battery works great I get around2 minutes of fly time try calling parrot they were more then helpful to me.

SIMPLE QUESTION: CAN IT DOWNLOAD (via bluetooth) PICTURES TAKEN IN FLIGHT TO THE CONTROLLING SMARTPHONE *WHILE IT IS STILL FLYING? *
OR DO I NEED TO LAND IT TO GET THEM? (essential info, impossible to find..)

Got this as a gift and embarrassed to tell the person that gave it to me that I don't mess around it with because the battery lasts about 30 seconds before needing a recharge. It only turns on at full power and zooms straight up into the ceiling before I can lower thrust. I've updated to the latest software on my Nexus 5 but behavior is the same.

Hello, can you please tell me how to correctly use the Rolling Spider so I get more battery life time? I mean.. should I stop using it at 20% and then charging it until 100% and using it then again or...? This is a really important info you should give us, because EVERYONE is having problems with that. Battery dies at the third use. And I WON'T buy the product until I get your replay :)
