I think there is no convergence for |z|=1 case... if its integrated from 0+ to 2*pi- (to avoid including point t=0 twice and not even once) gives -i*pi (not -i*2*pi). If 0 point included the integral results is at -infinity... however limes case results is zero. The results possibly would be zero even this looks like -infinity-(-infinity) -case. I might guess results to be zero for 0 to 2*pi -case.
But all the results I get are {-i*pi, 0, i*pi} depending how the limit is set, none -i*2*pi...
If you integrate from -pi to pi (what should be same) results is zero, but the integral may fail to exist because of a vertical asymptote in the function.
Second case |z|=1/2 the results seem zero.
