preview_player
Показать описание
This video demonstrates how to return a blank or zero in place of an NA error when performing a VLOOKUP.

This video will be useful if you are asking the following questions:
How do I get a VLOOKUP to return blank if a value is not found?
How to get a VLOOKUP to return blank instead of 0 or n/a in excel?

Great video! Excellent Snape-sounding teacher (I mean that as a compliment, Snape was a badass and a good guy!)

this helps but what if we want a blank value instead of zero, like if this column is a date, its gonna give a value of 01/01/1900.

i have a spreadhseet that has other cells that calculate totals of cells that the vlookup would return info. The problem i am running into is that i'm trying these NA shortcuts but when i return BLANKS from Vlookup... my other cell that is trying to add up for totals now has a VALUE error. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Guys if you want to return the look up to Blank instead of 0, simply use if(vlookup(result)=0, "", vlookup(result)) u just need to think.
