This was so helpful. My family and I have decided to start our keto lifestyle (while our child is still young) and most recipes researched are American to which a lot of the ingredients are hard to get a hold of. Hearing a British accent is reassuring as well as knowing you shop in aldi. We use aldi for our weekly shops as it suits our budget so to know that keto on a budget is a thing gives us a lot of motivation

So glad you’ve made this, finding your own keto foods in England is a chore! I love seeing what everyone else buys. I’m big into cottage cheese for breakfast, then mackerel and pan fried tender stem broccoli with crushed garlic and pink rock salt for lunch. Had that every day this week haha, I go through phases with my foods.

Ive just this week started keto eating and i used to love a stir a stir fry last night with fine sliced white cabbage as a noodle replacement 😯 its sooo much nicer than noodles...adds a great crunch
