With all of the scraps of lumber laying around the convent and chateau, I'm surprised you didn't bang together some new nest boxes. A pitchfork is wonderful for ripping out old flooring materials in a coop. Oh, and as a fellow chicken keeper, a mask next time, I'm begging you! Poultry keeper's lung is a real thing and is really hard on you. I'm loving your channel. Keep up the wonderful work :)
