ARRMA OUTCAST 8S WITH ROVAN 10MM SHOCKS - MUDDY TEST RUN. This is the first test of the Outcast 8s with the Rovan 10mm shock on the rear. I am currently running them with 6000wt oil. I also was running the Rovan BMT 220x120 tires. I thought it was going to be cold enough that it wouldn't me muddy, boy was I wrong! Enjoy

Awesome bash bro. Yeah I bent my right front and right rear shock shafts on a bad landing the last time I went out with my O8S. Mine flies very high and far since I run the XLX2 and 1100kv motor with 35/47 gearing 🤣

Mine have been working good after two runs with my rebuilt Outcast 8s. I'm using the Outcast 8s Arrmarookie43 springs 70wt in the rear, 80wt in the front for shock oil. It seems to jump and land fine. It's just a basher anyways 🤣. I was told those oils are too thin, but everyone's perspective is different. Cheers 👍👍👍

Did you sort out that off steer? Mine did the same thing was driving me crazy. Fully rebound and reset the reciever, didn't do anything, turning asm off made it worse. I found that one of my toe links was out and readjusted all that and it fixed it...

It’s funny but I got hold of a pair of these shocks just last week .
I found that the stroke is considerably shorter than the originals and the shock bottoms out well before the chassis slaps . Not a good thing at all 🤷‍♂️
