Style Icon of The Year 2017 - Grand Finale

Our Final 32 rocked the stage at the magnificent Grand Finale at Bowring Institute, walking the ramp for an audience of more than one thousand fashion fanatics. They were put through 5 testing rounds to prove their mettle. They had the opportunity to don the signature pieces from the exclusive collections by Pearl Academy, which were also seen at the Milan Fashion Week and Amazon India Fashion Week. That's not all they also got their very-own, custom-styled ball gowns and suits for the final round!

Our esteemed judges Parag Goswami, Maurizio Girioli, P.E.L.L.A, Akanksha Gautam and Zulfikher Ahmed had a tough time selecting the top two to be crowned Style Icons of the Year. The winners Chhaya Dhurve and Fawaz Ahmed slayed the stage bagging first place with a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 each and an opportunity to walk the ramp at the Amazon India Fashion Week 2018. Interestingly, there was one other finalist, Deepdharshan Pradhan, who also won that prestigious opportunity thanks to his impressive performance. Apart from the three, Hamad Mohsin and Dado Eli won our social media contest for the Most Popular Style Icons. The night was filled with glitz, glamour, and mind-blowing performances from our contestants and performers which made sure that our spirits were kept up even though the magical journey of SITY 2017 had to come to an end.
