FOR ANYONE WITH the Henretta 9th edition AP Gov textbook this video DOES NOT match up with the textbook! For this one you will have to read the textbook. Our book does not include the topics of women and education and this video skips over the inventions that are on pages 244-248.

It begins to match back up around page 250 but still be cross checking

Even when the idea of women's right to education was spreading, it was still about how women could serve others. They need to be educated so they could teach their sons, so the boys would grow up to be educated voting men. Not because they're human beings who should be able to pursue education for the same reasons anyone would. So frustrating.
