Well I had another method on thinking outside the box😂

Just fold the light paper such that 3 dots on left (1st column) are overlapping over with 3 dots on right (3rd column) and middle dots (2nd column) are halfed
Now use bold marker and draw a rectangle (First by connecting 3 dots downwards on side of paper, bottom dot to right half dot, bottom right half dot to above 3 half dots and upper right half dot to top left full dot whre we started) which will require four staright lines
When you fold out the paper back all dots will be connected due to trace marks of marker ink beyond layers of pages hence all 9 dots will be connected while we moved our marker in such a way to draw only 4 lines consecutively 😂, hence 4 lines condition is also satisfied and we dont have to waste ink outside the area of 9 dots grid 💪👍
