No one in their right mind would risk making false allegations to this extent against a multi millionaire with such insane popularity if they didnt hold some truth. If its true he faked the charity videos and tricked people / mostly kids with fake lotteries, he can go to hell. NDA is for people not being able to talk about things that they saw/learned/experiences while he worked there. Slander is for when you make up things that arent true.
