2 points to make.

1. He didnt sit Lawes down it was a combination of a slight step and bad timing by Lawes meaning he made very minimal contact.

2. Smashing half backs as a flanker or second row isnt something to be sneered about.

😂 he literally stepped him and missed 90% of the contact. Wasn’t a bounce, wasn’t a shunt, literally just managed to dodge the tackle. Don’t care who you are, don’t care if it’s Courtney Lawes or not, if you’ve just caught the ball and someone that big hits you square on, you’re going down. So good step by O’Brien.
