Installing today. Big change. Finally talked my wife into a new tv. I picked out what I wanted and got her to order it. TV arrived today... I said, "I told you to order a 65 inch." the last step at the 2 minute and 5 second mark you should put a black bushing under the screw first; It gives it extra gripping hold and allows the screws to tighten over a washer, of sorts.

Great vid!I am installing over a fire place.If the tv once mounted is off center to the eye can it slide over on top rail before screw tightening?

Thanks so much! Quick question. In my basement they used metal studs. Not sure why but that’s what it is.

However on the wall knew I wanted the TV to go, on I had then put plywood behind the drywall.

Do you think that would hold the mount and TV? Thanks

Tried to switch a new tv in on this wall mount that we had hung for 2 years no problem. The screws did not fit in the new tv when trying to install on the back with the 4 screws, and now will not fit in the old tv that it fit perfectly in an hour ago. Cannot figure out how that is possible. Any help please let me know.

What is the maximum side to side without/tilt an angle? My studs were not exactly centered. I'm about 6 inches off center, so the TV has be slid left about 6 inches right without an angle.

For me everything was leveled and it's mounted firmly, but there is sideways tilt. Anyways to do something about it without undoing everything?
