Good afternoon have any had issues with it not charging i literally opened mine put on charging all lights came on them went off. She dead now.

I love my shark hydro vac the only problem I have is after a little while because we are dog owners the brush roll even after washing it thoroughly it smells like wet dog :/ we don’t use it in the carpet setting and it also gets a lot of hair in it even though I vacuum before using the hydro vac I have to clean under where the brush roll goes. I also wish it ran longer battery.
