Royal aide claims Meghan Markle anticipated leak of letter to her father

A former aide to the Duchess of Sussex claims she wrote a letter to her father knowing it could be leaked to the media.

It's also alleged she addressed him as "Daddy" because it pulled at the heartstrings.

The Mail on Sunday newspaper is seeking to overturn a ruling that it breached Meghan Markle's privacy by publishing parts of the document.

Ms Markle's former Communications Secretary Jason Knauf claims she was of the understanding the letter would be leaked.

However, her legal team argues the suggestion she thought the letter would be made public is absurd.
