I have Analog Lab and the V-Collection 7 with the new OB-Xa, but the MicroFreak _still_ interests me, especially with its affordable price tag. Since I'm now doing everything on my computer, I was hoping that the MicroFreak had its own Arturia software program (like the Spark drum machine had), but it's still nice that it uses an Arturia Software Center -based hub to make adjustments. I'd like to see a more in-depth video of what you can do with that. Anyways, I love you guys' software; it's awesome!

having a hard time syncing the arp with my mpc one sequencer. the arp stops after a few notes. cant figure out what im doing wrong

I'd like to see a MedusaFreak combo of the Polyend grid attached to the Microfreak synth. Imagine being able to have different matrix/knob/oscillator settings per pad of the Polyend controller that you can play or sequence. Plus the mpe control over the Microfreak.

If you read the Arturia forum there are a lot of problems with the program MCC still doesnt recognice the device when my fl studio does. Even there are not sync and I cannot update the program.

Hey! Thanks for this information, I am very much a beginner when it comes to Synths, I have tried to connect Microfreak to sync with Garageband but I can not make it work the way I want and it would be great to able to play all the sounds from MF and synch with the tempo in Garageband, or do I need to get LogicPro? I only manage to get the sound in and not all the midi information so that I can change the notes and sync with the tempo in my DAW. I love the Microfreak though, it has sparked my creativity but I can do sooo much more with it and it's frustrating that I do not understand how.

The midi thru doesn't seem to actually echo midi that is input, I've tried both through CV output and with the correct channel configuration (input 1 output 1 for example).

3 years since this video came out and syncing arpeggiator with Logic Pro X still is an issue… the tempo syncs, but the arpeggiator always starts not on the beat and stay off the beat consistently 🤦🏻‍♂️
