Discover the WINERIES in GEORGIA

If you're not going to Georgia for the wine, we'd be very surprised. With several winemaking regions in the country it can be hard to pick just one, but if pushed, we'd plump for Kakheti, to the east of Tbilisi. Whether you're trying wines made "European style", using barrels for ageing, or in the traditional Georgian earthenware kvevri sunk into the ground, you'll find plenty to like here. As well as reds and whites, be sure to try a signature Georgian orange wine. It's not to everyone's tastes, but you might just find a fondness for it.
