I love Vietnamese food. But I still haven’t tried every dish on most menus…. Now that I see how to eat bun xeo, I’ll order it soon… I tried Mi Quang for the first time a few weeks ago. That’s an amazing dish.

Bánh cuốn is also made from rice flour with other flour mixed with water to form a liquid batter, like bánh xèo. Then the cake is made by pouring the batter on to a thin towel which was streched out to create a surface, below the towel is water boiling so that it provide enough heat to make the cake cooked immediately the time they are poured. After that, pork and mushroom are added into the cake that now has been flattened and then roll it up with a chopstick, this is the traditional way to may "Bánh cuốn". The kind that she ate in the video is "Bánh cuốn trứng", in which they added the eggs right after the cake is formed and when the egg is done, thats the time to add the other i told above. When being served, they will be cut into peace that are easily picked up with chopstick (since the cake is very sticky)!
