Whether you’re thinking about transitioning away from working with clients completely or you simply want to start offsetting your revenue with a digital product (like an online course or an e-book) we have four steps that will help you!

👉 This is Pretend People Problems. The person in the video is made up, but their problem is real and we help them solve it.

🤔 Transitioning your business from clients to digital products can be daunting. Where do you start? What digital product is best? How the heck do you find the time to create a digital product while barely having enough hours in the day to run your client business?

While this transition won't happen overnight we do believe it can be broken down into a few key steps:

Step #1 - Make your existing client business as efficient as possible.

Step #2 - Carve out time to start building an audience around your digital product idea.

Step #3 - Make sure your digital product idea solves a very specific problem for your target audience.

Step #4 - Build your product and sell it! (Bonus point if you decide to pre-sell it before it exists to thoroughly validate your idea).

Just found you guys through Matt D'Avella and so glad I did! I'm a few months into transitioning from being a copywriter to being a digital course creator. Definitely struggling with balance and overwhelm right now. Time management is not my strong point as I struggle to say no and put my personal needs after my clients. Excited though, as your channel looks like exactly what I need! You guys are a breath of fresh air -- keep up the amazing work!

Love this series! This formula for time and money management also would work when moving out of your day job.

Finding the time away from client work is the hardest part! I honestly think I need to take a week or two off to get any of my business or product ideas done
