Here is a strange thing that EpicGames does, when the No Sweat Event begins, they shows us the Underwriter skin and his emote but never release him to the shop after the event fails and then in Ch4 S3 the samething happened including in Ch5 S3 so if EpicGames just love to put him in as just an NPC or they just shows us that they really hated that character so much that he will never comes to the item shop

They deleted the moss skins because if you hid in a bush with the skin i guess no one be able to see you. Even worse if they added a moss camo even your gun would be invisible and im sure it looked way to similar to the grass, so they scrapped it.
