I almost cry every time you guys play a Martin. In 1981 I met a young lady and we decided to get married, however since we were new active duty soldiers we were not very rich at all and we put the wedding all on ourselves. I needed money to pay for some of the tuxedos and decided to sell my Martin HD 35… well no one had money so I ended up selling it for 225.00 dollars. It was absolutely perfect and with the factory hard case.
That was 1981 and this being 1/1/25 we are going on 44 years of marriage, 4 children and 8 grandchildren… good old Martin HD35 did its job !

I was in the store a few weeks ago and played this 1995 Martin. It sounded truly amazing. Rich, warm, great note separation. Angela did it much more justice than I did but thought it was kind of cool to see it pop up on Flat Top Friday. The Norm's documentary was great

I watch all the videos when I can from the east coast new england state and I will say is that guitar right there is absolutely got my heart, wow that is nice, I just wish it could be within my pay grade, I am a 54 yr old late starter getting into open mic and camp fire playing classic rock acoustic, I really enjoy your channel, I look forward to watching to see what guitars electric/acoustic are being presented, I did see the netflix documentary and wow it was very emotional highs and lows from start to finish such a great life to live that most can only dream of, well wishes to you all glad to hear that you are safe, music in any form is a healthy way of keeping ones soul happy!!! keep playing and play it loud!!!
