Overall a really good build, but I would make some changes:
I would have a ryzen 5800x3d instead of the 7800x3d wich i think is a bit overkill, but I get your point of that you want the pc to be upgradable and going for cthe ryzen 5800x3d also means that you are having a motherboard with ddr 4 ram wish is cheaper and almost as fast and ddr 4 mobo are also cheaper.
You can save that money and upgrade the gpu to a 4070 or 4070 ti wish will give you performance right now, but might not be as easy to upgrade.
With a 4070/4070 ti you also get 12gb of vram if you want to change the resulution to 1440p or maybe even 4k.
But overall really nice build and a good video.😉
