This music video makes me tearing a little bit because following Tegan and Sara's work since I was 12 years old and looking at my own past and remembering how they helped me with coming out to my parents and friends, how their songs helped me when I had hard moments in my teenager years and how I grew up learning with them. I am a better person because they taught me how to be good. ♥ Thanks for everything!
And I know I am not the only one that you helped, there's a lot of ppl outside who feel the same, I am sure they do.

I can't stop listening to this. Tegan and Sara are my age, so the sound of these early recordings brought forward are just loaded with nostalgia, and I consider them "peers that made it" in the business of art. I'm very proud of everything they've done ❤

I'll admit, I never even heard of Tegan and Sara until Closer came out. Immediately though I fell in love with their music, and what they stand for. Fast forward to about when I turned 48 and finally came to terms with my sexuality, it helped me through that, not to mention it's helping me now get through a time where I'm in love with someone I know I can't have, thanks ladies ❤❤

I started listening to Tegan and Sara since I was probably 10 or 11 and they impacted my life more than anything ever has. I had no idea I was bi and after listening to their music and seeing them in interviews/music videos, I realized my queerness. They gave me the safe space to be myself when I lived in a home where that was impossible and I will forever be grateful for your artistry and passion for music.

Something that makes this my favorite on the album is that it's the only song on any of their albums (I think) where they switch lead vocals midway through. Seeing that done on camera makes my little fanboy heart go pitter-pat.

I was on a tight budget and in prison looking at all these albums of theirs in a walkenhorsts music catalogue years ago, wondering how they sounded, i have like 4 cds of theirs and then another girl i dated had a bunch of them it was so amazing, getting out now and seeing all these videos and the latest project, its really REALLY cool, this is the type of positive music that i love.
