The reporter wanted to dismiss Malaysia as lacking talent, for heaven sake infineon has been in Malaysia for decades, obviously they know what they are doing if they are pumping more money in their operations here. Not only that they are upscaling the Malaysian operations which mean they are comfortable with the ability of trainable talents here.

Thank you, Sir, for your trust and support. Malaysians are not only talented but also hardworking, supportive, and deeply respectful.

I hope to become part of the Infineon family at the Malaysia plant. To any HR professionals who see this, I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing my resume.

For lovers & haters, after Penang, Malaysia still have Kedah with huge flat land for any industries. Its thousands of hectares ready at any time. After been rice bowl of Malaysia for so long, its time pass it to Sarawak. Kedah may become new hub of any high tech & industries. Kulim and surrounding area already have great infrastructures.
