The only problem with nos is the fact that arcade racing games make it look like your car is shooting purple iodine crystals out of your exhaust it whatever. It’s a good mod, but disappointing for people who don’t know how it actually looks.

Also nitrous is an easy power mod especially doing like 50 or 75 shots. A lot of decent engine can handle the stress if you go easy on how often you use the bottle. But it's intimidating in the fact they put a lot work into their car and have the ability to increase the power beyond 50 shot with ease

A dude I know has a fox body cobra that without nitrous makes about 1100 whp, and he is talking about putting 250 shots of nitrous on that car. He also has a 800 hp coyote that he dailies and a 68 gt500 that he is rebuilding

I learned very early on why my family had a second “garage”. They kept it out and about on this trail in the middle of knowhere however the roads to it were so clean smooth and nice my dad would open it up to the most insane sleepy builds known to man. One of them was a 1971 Chevrolet with a straight six you known boat anchors back then 0-60 in 3.5 seconds back in the 70s. He had a miata, Supra, you name it old Nissans. And they were all like hidden away cause he didn’t want people to steal them cause of where we lived they could just take these 60-80k cars some were 100k with the parts and time. He had one that stood out though which was his personal build a 2000s Subaru with an STI badge thing that he scraped off. The back area had over 10k worth of nitrous in it. He made me a bet that he said got him laid once. I didn’t want to know that but he said to me that if I can reach the 100 dollar bill on the front dash when he says go I can keep it. I never was able to cause that thing 0-60 i don’t even want to know what it was but you couldn’t even lift your head off the seat

the downside of equipping my shitty '03 Corolla with nitrous is that i won't have much room for a sub in the trunk

upside is, if i ever get rear-ended, my car will prolly make a cute lil mushroom cloud as the gas and nitrous violently combust 🔥🔥🔥
