it's so sad when you can't use your degree in a foreign nation. A lot of immigrants face that problem and I hope they don't blame themselves. I do wish them the very best in their endeavors here as they start again.

They should get a food truck. Also surely she should have our physician license. They can look at what her curriculum was over there and have her take whatever classes cover stuff that's not in there.
