I still have my D700 bought new in 2011 even though my main camera is a Z8. The shutter sound on the D700 is fantastic.

Picked a Nikon D700 just this last week to pair with the Canon 5D. Awesome camera. Has more heft to it than the 5D that’s for sure. The image quality is excellent and the colours are really nice. Trying to get my head around AI verses non AI and non CPU lenses has been a bit of a head mash, but finally getting there. Have a good Christmas and new year.
