Thank You so much for talking about this. Not nearly enough info coming out about these panels.

Glad to see the move into video content, & every video is better than the last! I realised what is slightly off-putting at the moment, you never blink!

I am _extremely_ interested in the subpixel arrangement. Your written article says that this is WRGB, which isn't good at all for text clarity. Yet Asus has a claim on their website that this is better than the competition. Did you have a chance to observe text rendering on this display and feel you can opine on it?

Flirt with the camera a little bit guy.

Love the size, only concern is what GPU can power this beast

Interested in this primarily for productive use (software dev) with occasional gaming. Text clarity any good? Do you think lack of curve could be an issue! Supports picture in picture or some split screen for 2 simultaneous inputs, say desktop and laptop. Thanks, subbed!

When you saw this panel in action, did it appear to be brighter than your typical OLED? Did the highlights really pop?

Hi guys love the video and have an interest in this. You mentioned in the comments that a fuller hands on review is coming, any indication when that will be?

Pleased to see you guys have a YouTube presence now good stuff

Very interesting, look forward to your review when you've got your hands on it. I made my mind up to buy a 42" OLED but not yet whether to buy the LG C2, Sony 90K or this Asus panel... despite the DP connection and monitor convenience features on the Asus I love the look of the Sony glossy screen and stand so am leaning towards that one but will try very hard to hold off until the full Asus review arrives...

When will Asus launch this monitor is the US? I was close to getting the Alienware ultra wide, but I prefer a traditional resolution display.

It always felt a bit cumbersome to put a 48 inch monitor or tv on my desk, so I’m happy this will be an option.

It's so exciting! OLEDs finally arriving into it segment, in quantity not just a model here or there.

Did I hear you correctly, it is VESA 300x300 instead of the 300x200 LG uses?
I'm looking forward to your review write up. Especially your opinion of the AG coating and how it affects blacks. I dislike the gloss on the C1 when I'm doing anything but action gaming. In particular the keyboard reflections. I've really turned down the brightness on the KB trying to help the situation.

I wish you would upload in 4K, since I'm using the LG C2 42 inch atm. Also I would love for you to do a shootout amongst all the 42 inch OLED panels : the LG C2, the PG42UQ and the Sony A90K.

Im wondering if this would be more soothed for gaming AND productivity. Since it is a monitor, I assume it has PIP and PBP? Did you get the chance to test it out in a pc environment ? Splitting the screen into two desktops essentially?

I was looking at the LGC# or the Dell 43 inch monitor. Just found this one here after your review of the C3. I do not do gaming at all. Only for work use, photos, video editing, web, file etc. Would this be a good choice for that or the C3 or Dell is the better choice? Im on a Mac Studio. Thanks

On they website they mention "Unique panel sub-pixel layout provides extremely detailed and clearly-defined text". There is even comparasion that shows better looking text.
Do you now anything about that? Is the text clarity different from LG C2?
