This happened to me today at work! Something happened that I would normally start worrying and freaking out about, and instead I said to myself “No. I choose not to entertain that thought. I do amazing work and everyone knows it.” Things are changing!💃🏼

"I embodied and acted as the person I wanted to become for just one day, and I literally felt a shift. I stayed fully in character the entire day. As I ironed my clothes, I imagined they were a $500 designer top. I walked with class and grace, knowing that’s how my higher self would carry herself. I maintained this persona all day and genuinely felt my reality start to change.

I also did Dr. Joe Dispenza's *Walking Meditation* first thing in the morning, where you first connect inwardly to that higher version of yourself, and then you open your eyes and physically walk as that person. I plan to do this meditation every day, so I can start my mornings stepping into that new version of myself. I highly recommend this practice!"
