Murdoch Mysteries Celebrates 200 Episodes!

Congrats to the entire cast of #MurdochMysteries on an astounding 200 EPISODES! 👏🏼 The 200th episode airs Saturday at 7pm ET.

Season 13 of Murdoch Mysteries continues to explore the personal and professional lives of Detective William Murdoch and Dr. Julia Ogden. With the help of his associates Inspector Thomas Brackenreid and Constables George Crabtree, Detective Murdoch tackles Toronto’s toughest mysteries, from the serious and historic to the comical and unusual.

Among Murdoch's new inventions is a “searchizer” device that measures facial features and matches them with existing police files. He is still suspicious of the newly appointed coroner Violet Hart. He doesn’t completely trust her abilities or motives. Special Constable Robert Parker, an African American former Pinkerton who went from suspect in a union murder, also joins the station to help solve the case.

It would be great to have a Murdoch episode jointly with Hallmark's When Calls the Heart. It would increase viewership and ads. So many possibilities. Time is fluid for Murdoch Mysteries. On the brink of World War I a woman could own an automobile repair shop, repair planes, pilot, and inspire children to study technology and engineering. Maybe Megan Markle could guest star. Throw in some foreign spies and show what's happening around the world. Maybe crop circles or the like.
