Kids acting out usually means problems at home.. What I mean to say is we have a problem here at home in the US and like we always did in the past we sweep it under the rug. You've gotta fix the big problems. This is just the beginning.

It's not all of them, probably just a few. The solution is discipline that their parents won't give them. Arrest them, and send them to junvenile jail. They need consequences for bad behavior now, or they will grow up to really cause trouble.

I used to run a business. Tons of middle school kids! I would tech them to be respectful and they would have a place to be. It worked.
