Will it be server side rendered because the main feature for a public web app is it should be server side so we can take advantage of SEO and authenticated routes and pages can be client side or SPA as they wont be crawled.

Doing your tutorial ! thank you it is very comprehensive. There is note to add, is that if we do this tutorial with the latest version of NEXT then some of the concepts and code approach are outdated.
