Ian is one of the most honest lyricists to ever walk God's grey earth. His songs are opaque beauty and pure poetry. His work got me thru some of the darkest times in my life and made me feel understood as I went thru them. May he never be forgotten and finally have the peace he couldn't have on this plane.

I got into Joy Division shortly before a youth group trip to an amusement park. On every ride, I only went in the best Ian Curtis I could pull off.


Anyway, this album changed my life!
