The Rizhskaya station of the Moscow Metro on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line (Bkl) was opened on March 1, 2023. It is located on the border of the Maryina Grove district (SVAO) and the Meshchansky district (CAO).
Rizhskaya station got its name from the station of the same name on the Kaluga-Riga line and the Riga railway station. On April 8, 2015, the station was renamed "Rzhevskaya" — based on the nearby railway platform of the same name, and on November 5, 2019, the old name was returned to it.
