One thing that the Hunt does well is make me curious about the universe.

The AHA existed for hundreds of years before the Louisiana incident, which begs the question... What's going on out there, just outside of our view?

And, hell, this is just America. There's five other continents across the world, who's to say they don't have their own analogous organizations?

And if not the Louisiana Incident... Then what *did* prompt the founding of the modern AHA?

I'm so happy to see folks like you diving so deep into the lore of Hunt: Showdown. It always reminded me of the Soulsborne games both through its aesthetic and use of environmental/log-based storytelling, but didn't expect it to get any real divulgence due to it being more under-the-radar. It's fantastic to see people actually picking through it and laying it out in an easily digestible way - especially with a fitting voice like yours to boot.

One of these days I wanna see the American military get involved in Louisiana at some point. If the outbreak has been going on for awhile, surely the President and even Congress would get fed up with it right? Maybe we would see a military officer faction open up at some point.

Afaik the researcher is leading his own little splinter-group of the AHA.
Then there is the group of Samson, Cleve and Coetzee.
And ofc the twins, and their associates Allison, Finch and Brewer.
Some groups sometimes cooperated (Hardin with Finch), and not for every Hunter its clear, with which group he was cooperating.
Iirc the Sinners have their origin in Afghanistan.
