I just bought one new on ebay, original box and all. All it does is try to start and then says no battery and stops.
There is a battery and it's connected. Does it need to charge up even if it's plugged into the ac adapter?

Actually it's super easy to replace the SIM card. Unscrew the 6 torx screws on the bottom of the router. Then it will pull right off.

I got one from eBay activated already. I'm currently using the Internet it came with it, soo does that mean free internet until the owner cancels?

Does anyone know how to modify the APN on this device?
I looked through Verizon's web and they claim it's not possible.
If anyone knows a workaround I'd greatly appreciate it.
