What was once the top floor of a 1970s villa has been transformed into a 200 m2 modern home that extends to a rooftop garden with barbecue area, lounge, and swimming pool. I have visit Lugano and Lake Lugano is beautiful. This home is on the outside of city of Lugano so it could be cheaper than real estate in Lugano. If this was in Lugano, this home will cost 3-4 million easily . Switzerland real estate is very expensive but beautiful everywhere💖👏👏
