Great video. There are behind the scene issues going on with Funko and various companies. Some good, some bad, but in the end, patience is important and a company that is transparent. We got various avenues of information so people are completely aware of stuff and they have the option to message us 24 / 7. Preorders should have ETA, not dates. If anyone needs info on Funko, come talk to us. Ty for this video.

I order through Amazon. I once bought a Pop from a seller that turned out to be fake. Because Amazon fulfilled it they refunded my money immediately. If Big Apple won’t refund money then it’s not a good idea to buy from them. Store credit? If you weren’t happy the first time you probably won’t be happy the next time either.

Have made 2 separate transactions for in-stock items from Big Apple and both transactions were problem-free. Pops arrived in near-mint condition so I am happy with them, thus far.

But i also placed a pre-order with them a couple weeks ago for the GoT Night King on Throne (chrome version) HBO release. I'll now have to wait and see how long after the projected ship-by date it takes to fulfill the order. Fingers crossed...

Immediately knew what company you were going to talk about before watching the video. Big Apple is terrible company, and it's a shame that people defend it. I've been downvoted like crazy on reddit for sharing my girlfriends horrible experience with them. They will NEVER refund you for any reason.
