Head up to The Laboratory and talk to Dr. Crookspine to start the quest. You’ll need to fish these 3 secrets. First the speed core at sunstone island, second the rocket fuel at mushgrove swamp, and lastly in boots itself in the ocean. After you’re done, bring them back to Dr. Crookspine and boom you have the boots now. Subscribe and I’ll give away a secret fish.

Dr. Crookspine is an NPC located at The Laboratory. He can be found inside a room to the right of the entrance-way. He is located behind a desk, with a whiteboard by his side. It's also known as the construction site. 2X XP.
