1. Basic use

Hexagonal/round bottle labeling for the food industry, full and half-circumferential labels are available. Optional automatic turntable bottle unscrambler, which can be directly connected to the front-end production line, and automatically feed bottles into the labeling machine to increase efficiency. The optional ribbon coding and labeling machine can print the production date and batch number online, reducing the bottle packaging process and improving production efficiency.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: After the bottle separating mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects the passing of the product, and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. The control system controls the motor to send the label at the appropriate position and attach it to the position where the product is to be labelled, and the product flows. After the label covering device, the label covering belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the sticking action of a label is completed. ◆ Operation process: put the product (can be connected to the assembly line) - product conveying (automatic realization of the equipment) - product separation Distance - product inspection - labeling - labeling -collect labelled products.
